Auditions are held for principal positions. When auditions are
required, the position is advertised and an audition package is made
available for applicants. The audition panel consists of the Music
Director of the Civic Orchestra of Victoria, the Leader (principal
violin), and an outside member representing the specific instrument
being auditioned.
