Welcome to our 27th season of affordable symphonic music The Civic Orchestra of Victoria is a volunteer musical organization whose goal is to engage musicians of all ages and abilities, aspiring soloists, choral groups and composers in enabling an enhanced appreciation of our evolving musical heritage in the community.
